Marion Cappa
Marion is Floractive Australia's National Education Manager, responsible for leading the national technical team (AU/NZ) and ensuring that Floractive's official trainings consistently meet the highest standard of quality.
An Italian hairdresser, Marion has been passionate about hair, education, and hair science from a very young age. She owns a vegan, cruelty-free, and pet-friendly salon in Perth, Western Australia, voted the most recommended salon in the region for three consecutive years, and is a Floractive Nanoplasty specialist as well as a hair extensions specialist.
Marion has been part of the Floractive family for over 2.5 years. Her journey with the company began as a Nanoplasty specialist, after completing the NPS (Nanoplasty Specialist) program twice. Shortly after, she was invited to take on the role of Official Floractive Technician for Western Australia, where she is based.
Today, in addition to continuing to oversee training, education, and sales in Western Australia, Marion also leads the Floractive Technical Team nationwide across Australia and New Zealand. Floractive is honoured to have her leadership guiding and supporting such a talented team of technicians.
At Floractive, education is one of the brand's core values — and Marion embodies that commitment, consistently delivering the most thorough and informative training to every professional she works with.
Sarah Permall
Sarah is the Senior Technician for Floractive Australia. She became a hairdresser at 17, with a particular passion for cutting and styling, and has built her career around something she values above all: helping people feel good, both physically and mentally. For Sarah, hairdressing is also about connection — and it's in that exchange with clients that she finds the true purpose of the craft.
She joined Floractive in 2025 and, by the end of that same year, was promoted to Senior Technician. Today, she works full-time at the Floractive office, where she is responsible for answering the technical questions received by the team and conducting trainings, always dedicated to helping other professionals achieve their goals. She is also a Floractive Nanoplasty specialist.
Sarah has great love for the Floractive team and deep pride in being part of this hair revolution.
Dani Gerace
Dani Gerace is Floractive's Official Technician for New South Wales (NSW), Australia. With almost 40 years of experience as a hairdresser, Dani has built a rich and diverse career across all areas of the profession — having taught at a private TAFE, managed numerous salons and teams, and now owning her own salon.
For Dani, education is everything in hairdressing: knowledge is power. She has been using Floractive products for 3 years, completed the Nanoplasty Specialist (NPS) program 2 years ago, and was invited 1 year ago to become the Official Floractive Technician for NSW.
Being part of the Floractive family and working alongside such talented technicians has been an absolute honour and privilege for Dani. The joy, knowledge, and inspiration this journey has brought to her career are truly incredible.
Bel Khodr
Bel Khodr is a Floractive technician based in Cairns, Far North Queensland. With over 32 years of experience in hairdressing, Bel spent the last 20 years building and running one of Cairns' most successful bridal hair and makeup businesses.
Education has always been her greatest passion, but everything changed when she discovered Nanoplasty by Floractive — a revolutionary treatment that completely transformed the way she views and treats hair. Seeing the confidence it gives clients, through healthier, shinier, more manageable hair, is what inspires her every day.
What Bel values most is the science behind Nanoplasty and the incredible knowledge it has given her — knowledge that has fuelled her passion for education, allowing her to teach and support other hairdressers while helping clients truly understand what healthy hair is capable of.
For Bel, Nanoplasty isn't just a treatment — it's a complete transformation. She is proud to be part of the Floractive technical team, sharing this knowledge and changing lives, one client at a time.

Camila Torrealba
Camila Torrealba is a Floractive technician based in New Zealand and one of the country's leading Nanoplasty specialists. With around 9 years of experience in professional hair treatments and 2 years dedicated exclusively to Nanoplasty, Camila has a deep, in-depth mastery of the technique — from the science behind the products to adapting treatments across every hair type.
Her expertise goes beyond application: Camila understands, better than most, the real-world challenges of working with frizz and hard-to-manage hair — a knowledge that stems from her own personal experience and is now applied to help other professionals achieve consistent, long-lasting results for their clients.
Sara Taha
Sara Taha is a Floractive Nanoplasty Educator based in NSW, Australia, with 20 years of experience as a hairdresser. Her search for the right smoothing solution began back in 2016, leading her to Floractive Nanoplasty in 2021, a turning point that would go on to shape the rest of her career.
Through hands on experience and a deep commitment to mastering the technique, Sara developed an in depth understanding of Floractive Nanoplasty, refining her application process to consistently deliver outstanding, long lasting results. This level of technical mastery naturally led her to step into an educator role, training hairdressers across Australia and helping them build the knowledge and confidence to achieve the best possible results with Nanoplasty.
Today, Sara is recognised for her hands on expertise and her ability to translate real salon experience into practical, effective training, helping to raise the technical standard of Nanoplasty across the industry.
Isabella Goecking
Isabella Goecking is a Cosmetic Chemist and Technical Specialist at Floractive Australia. With a degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Product and Process Technology, she brings a rigorous scientific foundation into the world of professional hair care, bridging the gap between chemistry and behind the chair application.
At Floractive, Isabella is responsible for developing and reviewing technical content, educational materials, and salon protocols, translating complex science into clear, practical information that hairdressers can confidently apply in their daily work.
Her focus goes beyond teaching what to do: Isabella is committed to helping professionals understand why each step matters. With the right knowledge, a proper hair assessment, and a well chosen technique, hairdressers are able to work with greater confidence and deliver safer, more consistent results.
For Isabella, every head of hair is different, and the best results come from combining science, professional skill, responsibility, and care.
