In 2019, MJ and Samuel pioneered Nanoplasty in Australia. Initially, it wasn't easy because no one was familiar with this new technology in the market. However, their determination and belief in the product's benefits helped them overcome these challenges.

As a fellow curly girl, MJ understands the struggles of wanting sleek, straight hair while maintaining a blonde mane. Her determination is driven by the belief that many hairdressers and entrepreneurs could benefit from her initiative. 

MJ is the creator of the method OMG Effect, which teaches hairdressers how to achieve perfect results on the first application. Through her online university, she has trained over  3000 hairdressers, transforming them into Nanoplasty Specialists across Australia and New Zealand, from TAFE institutions to industry expos. 
They now count more than 8000 salons across Australia and New Zealand.
