EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Dress Code
This is a cocktail-attire event. Guests must be appropriately dressed. Entry will be denied to anyone wearing flip-flops, shorts, t-shirts, or any clothing deemed inappropriate by the organisers.

2. Behaviour
Guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour at all times. The organisers reserve the right to remove any individual from the event without refund in the case of misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or failure to comply with these terms.

3. Responsibility for Additional Guests
If you have purchased a Premium or Gold ticket, you are fully responsible for the conduct and adherence to the event rules by any guests attending under your invitation. Misconduct by your guests may result in your removal from the event as well.

4. VIP Access
Access to the VIP area is strictly limited to guests who have purchased a VIP (Gold or Premium) ticket. Sharing wristbands, attempting to access restricted areas without authorisation, or misusing credentials may result in removal from the event.

5. Personal Belongings
The event organisers and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. You are solely responsible for your belongings throughout the duration of the event.

6. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the event property, venue facilities, or equipment. Any costs associated with repair or replacement due to negligence or intentional damage will be charged to the individual responsible.

7. Hotel Bookings
If you choose to book accommodation at The William Inglis Hotel, you are solely responsible for your reservation, including any cancellations, modifications, payments, or additional fees. The event organisers are not liable for any issues related to hotel bookings.
