Intense Straightening Treatment:
**Start with a hair analysis to understand the history of the hair, so that you can choose the correct solution for the hair type.
If the hair is damaged or porous, you may need to follow the steps for pre-treatment. **
1. On clean dry hair, without clarifying (make sure their last wash was with shampoo and conditioner), apply the solution close to, but not touching the scalp.
2. Ensuring the hair is saturated well, wrap the hair in a plastic cap and leave for 1 hour – 1.5 hours depending on how coarse and resistant the hair is.
3. After the processing time, rise the hair 100%, and until the water runs clear, and towel dry.
4. Spray W Protection heat protector spray, and blast dry the hair with a blow dryer and your fingers until the hair is 100% dry. (Do not use any tools at this stage)
5. With sections of around 1 inch, start the straightening process – ensuring that you are using a straightener that goes up to 250 degrees and has titanium plates.
6. Carefully check the Heat Matrix to see which heat bracket your client’s hair type requires. If the hair colour changes too much, lower the temperature of the straightener.
7. During the passes of the straightener, go over each section using a clamp brush to stretch the hair out, and smooth the straightener over each inch section approximately 15 times until the hair is shiny, soft and silky. Use Moringa Oil in between passes, to seal the cuticle and protect the hair fibre.
8. After the iron, take your client to the basin and wash the hair in this order: W One Conditioner 3in1, W One Shampoo and then Marroco Golden Plus mask.
9. After towel drying, spray the hair with W Protection heat protector, and blast dry the hair with your fingers. Finalise with some Moringa Oil.

Frizz Reduction:
1. On dry hair, without clarifying, divide the hair into sections.
2. Shake the bottle well before the application.
3. Apply the solution on the hair section by section.
4. Start applying about half inch from the roots, being mindful to not let the product touch the scalp. If the hair is very dry or coarse, mist the hair with a little water.
5. Once the application is done, cover the hair with a plastic cap for the processing time.
6. Let the product be on the hair for 60min – 90min (maximum), depending on the hair type. If the hair is coarse or Afro, leave it on for 90min.
7. After the processing time, rinse the hair well, removing the heavy greasiness.
8. Blow-dry the hair, section by section 100% with a hair dryer. If you feel that the hair needs, you may go over the sections with an iron on a low setting for about 3 – 5 passes max.
9. Bring the client back to the basin and wash the hair in this order: W One Conditioner 3in1, after the rinse, apply the W One Shampoo and after rinsing again finalise with the Marroco Golden Plus mask.
10. Blast dry the hair.
11. Use your favourite Floractive oil/finisher and style as desired.
Note: The hair will still have waves and curls, only the frizz will be reduced.
Deep Hydration Treatment:
1. On dry hair, without clarifying, divide the hair into sections.
2. Shake the bottle well before the application.
3. Apply the solution on the hair section by section, there is no need to comb each section, only if you feel that is necessary.
4. Start applying about half inch from the roots, avoiding the product touching the scalp.
5. Once the application is done, cover the hair with a plastic cap for the processing time.
6. Let the product be on the hair for 45 min.
7. After the processing time, rinse the hair up to 90%, remove the heavy greasiness and leave only a bit on, about 10%.
8. Apply the W One Conditioner 3in1 section by section, creating the curl with your finger.
9. Blast dry the hair with the diffusor.
10. Use your favourite Floractive oil/finisher and style as desired.
